Client focussed role, currently managing a team to liaise between:• 100+ external clients • Internal operations (eight departments)• Several suppliers for subcontracted testing and logistics supply• Multiple SGS testing sitesEnsuring projects and testing are delivered on time and to a satisfactory standard.Role also involves supporting the sales team with quoting and contract recognition – requiring an awareness of testing standards (ICH/FDA/MHRA/EP). Charing weekly meetings for details on samples due, tests on going, and final reports due, as well as hosting client calls and audits.Reporting KPI’s to relevant managers and clients. Business forecasting and Revenue Reporting and budgeting for the year; ensuring targets are met in terms of sales generated, profitability and revenue processed. Monitoring revenue on a monthly basis to ensure all forecasts and budgets are met, managing these forecasts to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
