Collaborate with global disciplines, supervisors, and offices to ensure tools support a wide variety of requirements and flexibility. Lead design discussions when planning how best to implement artist feedback. Troubleshoot issues when they arise while balancing immediate fixes with long-term development work. Minimize disruption to live productions while releasing updates and ensuring backwards compatibility when possible. Maintain artist-facing documentation and facilitate artist adoption by creating training material. Assist developers working on other areas of the pipeline maintain alignment with overall goals.

Render and create effects for commercials and print for brands such as Budweiser, FDA, Universal, Samsung, Hennessy, and Playstation. Create various types of effects including rigid bodies, organic fem, flip fluids, smoke, particles, and fire. Create tools which help both job-based and global workflows, predominantly around Houdini and rendering.

Manage allocation of render resources to all NY-based jobs for both 2D and 3D departments to meet deadlines. Assist in troubleshooting renders across multiple application packages and render engines.
