In this role I would have to replenish goods and stack shelfs with new products. I also worked within the clothes section. I was front facing and I was also on the till working with money taking transactions. I was very motivated and made sure the customer had the best experience possible. I assisted and advised customers on a daily basis. I handled complaints and if I could not deal with this directly, I asked the manager on duty to help. I managed to stay calm when required. I have excellent verbal and communication skills. Working in retail I built on my confidence, being thorough and and paying attention to the finer detail.
