Sean E. J. Daniel is currently a Management Consultant, specializing in offering unique, customized solutions to organizations with People Management challenges. The services officered are unique, due to the proprietary nature of the approach utilized. The PRO TEAM IR System is designed to maximize engagement and productivity of employees and matches performance of employee's to rewards. Sean is also an experienced negotiator and advocate having worked with both Labour and Employer organizations as an Industrial Relations Advisor and in the Corporate Sector as Group Industrial Relations with Banks Holdings Limited. Now a trained Mediator, Sean is able to bring to bear a wide range of skills to allow for the management of conflict between organizations and or people and provide training for staff to facilitate a more productive working environment. Sean also has training and experience in the area of Safety and Health Management in the Workplace, with specialist training in Chemicals Management in the workplace, a certified Risk Assessment practitioner, Sean is also trained in Joint Safety Committee Management and has previous experience responding to and solving Health and Safety issues in a variety of workplace environments from Industrial to Corporate to transport intensive operations. Sean is now offering his time and skills for hire to any who wish to improve the atmosphere in their workplace while making it a much more productive operation, As a researcher my team and I also stand ready to gather and analyse any information you need to further your own projects or programs.
