In July 2017, my colleague Tony Eustace and I purchased U1 Group from the previous owners and founders. Nothing much has changed in terms of my role at U1 as a result of becoming owner, perhaps apart from a little more grey in my hair. I continue to lead our team of Experience Research consultants, and assist our clients to make informed decisions about the Experience Design of their products and services.

Whilst I am no longer "on the tools", I have a clear understanding of what it takes to deliver quality research and take an active role in mentoring our team to deliver research and insights that provide true value to our clients.
