  As an infantryman I led, supervised, and served as a member of a team, employing individual infantry weapons, machine guns, and antiarmor weapons in offensive and defensive ground combat. Skills that an infantryman possess include; laying field wire, perform basic communications function, operate communication equipment, utilize camouflage, land navigation, weapon maintenance, administer first aid, hand to hand combat, attention to detail, weapons training, and timely attendance. Outside of training, my job was to maintain physical fitness, and professionalism, during in classroom training, and operations. My MOS in the United States Army is considered to be of the most professional, and physically fit, which I have upheld and maintained the standard with a three hundred and thirty point physical fitness score, out of a possible three hundred points. Some of the basic skills and fundamentals I have been taught are very easy to pass on, or teach, to other team members. After two and a half years of working with a team, I have become a fallower as well as a leader.
