During my hiatus from the insurance world, I have been managing a house painting company. I look after everything in the sales/project cycle from A to Z. This includes new client relationship, pricing, project planning and oversight, employee management, and client final approval.

As an OTL-licensed agent, I successfully grew and serviced a mature book of business, made up of personal lines, small to medium farm, and small commercial. I leveraged my proficiencies in communication, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving into a loyal word-of-mouth client-base, producing a retention rate consistently above 95%. In this role, I worked for several years out of the head office, as well as several years independently from home.

As a new agent with both OTL & LLQP licenses, I got my feet wet in the insurance industry. I learned to prospect and develop new clients, through relationship-building and presenting appropriate insurance solutions. I was responsible for the ongoing service of current policyholders.
