Management of the production of Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators and monitors.Managing the retro supply of parts process to Vauxhall and ensuring that all stock consumed is adjusted correctly.Management of transactions for rejected and scrap parts identified by Quality Engineers to ensure that the Supply Chain Specialist (SCS) has accurate information.Monitoring daily pull to forecast demand and raising appropriate alerts (Vauxhall JIT)Monitoring preproduction planning; ensuring that correct matched vehicle quantities are being scheduled. Alerting SCS personnel to obsolete material risks.Support product engineering with logistics services.Ensuring that exceptional actions are fully communicated and acting as an operational interface with SCS and production personnel.Managing the transport interface with the ex-works transport provider. Ensuring that transport is optimised and planned effectively.Participating in continuous improvement activities and key involvement to Hoshin Continuous Flow.
