-Deployed as a member of a Joint Task Force, controlling information flow to and from ground and sea-based joint and combined forces. Earned Battle Watch Captain certification with the US Navy's Sixth Fleet.-Deployed and led a team of over one hundred Marines in support of Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security initiatives with successful results.-Managed all logistics for high-tempo unit, enabling all training, deployment, and redeployment for hundreds of Marines, as well as the maintenance of all assigned facilities supporting over one thousand Marines.

-Led diverse teams of high-performing Marines in the training of approximately 1600 new Marine Corps recruits. Generated positive climate and instilled "people-first" ethos in unit, resulting in the Company achieving above-average results in all evaluated areas.-Created new policies and procedures for personnel injured in training, reducing their time spent in medical holding platoons by up to 75%. New procedures resulted in better climate and increased retention of high-potential personnel.

-Managed the accurate tracking and reporting of thousands of Marines deployed worldwide in support of dozens of operations and exercises. Created new and improved report formats and reporting procedures to generate increased situational awareness at the highest levels.

-Managed four school construction projects in remote areas of the Philippines alongside international partners and allies. Coordinated all necessary logistics including travel, lodging, and bill of materials, as well as security needs of the work sites. Conducted evaluations of past DOD-funded construction projects for long-term suitability and submitted recommendations for improvement.

-Led a diverse team of 75 Marines in the development of new systems and improved procedures for conducting bulk petroleum logistics operations in a contested environment.
