As Senior Project Manager, I currently oversee design operations and project management for AKQA's design team working alongside Chick-Fil-A's Entertainment team. In this role I utilize agile product development methodologies to create efficient processes, while also managing and motivating a team of creatives, designers, and engineers. Additionally I act as a primary client point-of-contact while also serving as internal operations lead. Early on I established a clear scheme of design delivery to decide who needs to see the work, and when they need to see it. To achieve success, I employ tools such as Figma, Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira and G-Suite products.

As the Design Program Manager for Meta (formerly Facebook), I led design operations for Messenger’s Privacy and Safety team, working on products like Messenger and Instagram direct messaging. In this role I implemented processes that optimized day-to-day workflow, and identified critical gaps and weaknesses of existing processes to continually improve ways of working. I collaborated with a cross-functional team of UX leaders, product designers, content designers, engineers, product managers, accessibility consultants, data analysts and UX researchers. I developed comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines for each activity required for the level of launch defined, including coordinating Product requirement reviews, Design reviews, and QA testing. Additionally I was responsible for leading UX design critiques and retros, highlighting team milestones, and coordinating team on-sites.

As the Associate Director of Project Management at Digitas, I worked with clients including Planet Fitness, Macy's, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Under Armour, and American Express from October 2016 to May 2022. In this role, I led teams in New York, London, and Singapore in creative and media operations, process development, financial management, and scoping/sizing of work. I led annual planning discussions for global, complex program initiatives to inform full year scope and resource needs, oversaw programs consisting of multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines, and many moving parts, and assessed risk and resolved issues before they became problems for the larger cross-functional team. I mentored and coached junior project managers, focusing on agile methodologies and effective projectgovernance, to deliver medium to low complexity projects. As the Senior Project Manager at Laundry Service, I served as creative operations and program management lead for client LG Mobile (LG Electronics USA). In this role, I was responsible for creating and managing the process for delivering creative assets by convening key decision makers, leading cross-functional discussions, and overseeing project timelines and tactics. I led projects from kickoff through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimates, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation and integration with broader communications plans. I managed a cross-functional team of designers, writers, social media managers, strategists, and analysts, along with a team of managers and strategists focused on influencer marketing. I established and maintained an efficient process that facilitated the creation, review, feedback, revision, and deployment cycle of social asset production, often including the coordination of live-action video productions, and negotiated and maintained project schedules to ensure all assets were delivered on time and implemented to spec.

As a Digital Producer at Deep Focus, I worked with clients including Nestle Purina (Beneful Dog Food, Beyond Pet Food) and Pernod Ricard USA (Absolut Vodka). In this role I defined and worked within an agile project governance framework, established team cadence, ran daily scrum ceremonies / served as scrum master, facilitated backlog refinement sessions, and moderated team retrospectives. I defined the scope of projects, including goals, deliverables, schedules, and budget, and developed SOWs. I also developed RFPs for new projects and served as the lead contact for vendor outreach and selection. I worked closely with the creative team to ensure that all campaigns met the highest standards of quality and effectiveness, and collaborated with clients to ensure that their needs and expectations were met. Through my efforts, I helped drive significant results for my clients, including increased brand awareness and engagement.
