Leads Human Resource Systems Branch within the Military Personnel Directorate (MNP) to support an organization of over 10,000 Soldiers leading systems specialists in the management of directorate's automation systems. This includes management of all equipment, automation consultation and software design and implementation. Designated as the Military Personnel Information Assurance Security Officer and have administrative responsibility over all Military Personnel computers. Responsible for the administration and expansion of MNP's presence in automated systems. Tasked to evaluate and implement processes to reduce man-hours and increase effectiveness within the directorate.
