I have over 10 years’ experience as a Technical Author and Training Developer, specialising in electronic communication systems, plant and process control systems and rail network communication infrastructure.I have extensive experience developing work instructions and training packages for various electronic communication, plant control and IP network infrastructure used within the Resources sector and Naval Defence industries. In conjunction with Resource sector SMEs, I have worked in Rail Communications and Signaling with exposure to long haul optical fibre transmission systems implementing dense wave division multiplexing, digital radio systems, remote power generation systems, WiMAX telemetry transmission systems and asset protection devices. I developed the Roy Hill Iron Ore familiarisation training package for their Pilbara operation, detailing the end to end process of  iron ore mining and maintenance instructions for mine process fixed plant monitoring and control systems.I have been employed successfully as a Technical Author across various industries using both my electrical and mechanical acumen and authoring experience to provide quality deliverables that will improve workplace process, streamline procedures and ensure best practice safety considerations for all documentation produced.
