- Responsible for sales revenue of 4M USD, Setting up channel strategies to achieve annual sales target and maintaining an annual growth rate of 10~15% ;- Continuously learning market trend and conduct market analysis, it include but not limited to collect market requirement, conduct competitor analysis & competitive brand/product spec analysis. All these are to support future sales plan, channel strategy and NPD plan for PM team and R&D team;- Lead and monitor the Sales Forecast and Inventory management of overseas channel; Close monitoring on the order status, supply chain, payment and RMA cases; Tracking key wins and work with cross function teams to further support the projects;- Plan and arrange annual cross visiting for key accounts; Attend International Fire Show (IFSEC/FIRE India, FIRE Expo in Beijing/Shanghai/Kunming); Plan local promotion events (seminars, training sessions);- Participate in Export team’s institutional improvement and business process optimization;

- In charge of sales revenue of 4.5M USD, annual growth rate of 8~10%;- Develop and maintain overseas market, mainly Mid-east and Asia. Marketing development offline from exhibition, and online along with the use of B2B Platforms (Alibaba, Professional Journal);- Attend International Fire Security Exhibitions (INTERSCHUTZ - Germany, INTERSEC - Dubai, CHINA FIRE – Beijing/Shanghai, AFSSE- Algeria and etc.), arrange booth and provide business support on site;- Customer relationship management, develop and maintain customers through fine communications and sincere services;- Import & Export operations. Responsible for all relevant international business practices, like order process, import and export process, logistic and transportation solution and payment;- Volunteer of product image and video shooting for company marketing materials.
