At Marigold, a martech solutions company, I work as an IT Operations Engineer responsible for providing technical support to over 2,000 end users globally. My tasks include responding to internal tickets using FreshService, troubleshooting and managing Zoom Rooms, provisioning accounts, software and hardware for new hires, and onboarding new colleagues.
