Accountable for developing and maintaining an effective and efficient workshop engineering framework. Co-ordinating monthly process audits, monitoring KPIs, and oversight of internal management audits.• Continuous Improvement. Promoting and embracing continuous improvement within the workshop. Maximising productivity output and reducing waste to exploit marginal gains.• Technical Training.
