Whilst some of my appointments have been short I have managed to achieve great achievements in each role.In Screwfix I pushed my first store £200,000 over predicted target over the time of one quarter. I Then moved to an underperforming store and achieved rising sales including 3rd place ranking in the business.At Lidl I achieved 2 promotions in approximately 7 months and became a key player in the effective running of the store as well as helping other stores.In Tkmaxx I achieved the company's largest fraud case with a scope running into the millions. Help keep the company compliant by carrying out audits, creating action plans and helping stores create action plans.I have been a Materials Technician for almost 5 years and have had the opportunity to work in all sectors including mainly asphalt and coring but also soils and concrete. I have worked on Key large scale projects including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Southampton and Farnborough Airports. Aswell as HS2, M4 smart motorway, A3 and M25.I came into the testing role to try a new venture but quickly fell in love with the industry. I have a keen eye for the technical details that matter and drive to represent G&H onsite.
