Managing a staff team, scheduling staff hours, resolving conflicts among staff, children and/or parents, and conducting quarterly staff reviews. Writing monthly learning curriculums for students, daily program scheduling, implementing the school's goals with the program's goals, goal setting and goal management for children with behavior issues. Community outreach, including monthly meetings with parents and fund-raising over $3000 for the program.
