My career roots are hospitality working in all areas of the industry from starting as a bar back through to operations manager, to now sourcing and delivering new sites. Within my role I have branched out into the property sector with Air B and B projects in the Lake District leading the delivery of 500K+ barn conversions. I have experience dealing with all aspects of a domestic property project from funding, design, build and tenanting. I also cross this over to the hospitality side where I deal with legals, Licencing, planning, design, systems implementation, build and restaurant handover. Stepped up the training to the standards the owners wanted and started to progress key staff members.Less than a year later the second restaurant has opened and is off to a flying start very quickly becoming the place to be in Preston and being commended by Lancashire life magazine as one the best restaurants in Lancashire. We now have plans to open a third restaurant in the not to distant future.
