Main areas of focus involved instigation of robust and reliable financial reporting, acceleration and completion of procurement to meet urgent production requirements and progress valuation of variations on site.

Employed to provide QS role on a commercially challenging open tendered 'dry' Leisure Centre. Under a traditional contract arrangement the project faced testing commercial targets for a demanding client. Remit included full control of procurement, considerable input into huge client-instigated changes and changing financial reporting procedures due to new company ethos after takeover.
