At MilliporeSigma, I worked on various recycling programs for single-use solutions in the life sciences industries. These programs offered an alternative to single-use solutions ending up in landfill. Some components of the project included, but not limited to, data analytics, development of the programs flyer, distribution of information and identifying areas of strength and weakness in the program, as well as establishing some opportunities and threats that my face the program.Another component of my role at MilliporeSigma revolved around the community. As MilliporeSigma is a science company, there is a strong culture of promoting STEM education in the community. As a team, we would go to different summer camps and middle-schools and set up fun but rudimentary science experiments in order to peak interest science and other STEM education.
