Advising Coutts private clients in relation to both sides of their personal balance sheet and providing solutions to both credit and asset management requirements.

Commenced this role with no clients having previously assisted two Senior Relationship Managers and was given the task of building a client portfolio by referral and prospecting.Over the subsequent years, consistently signed 20-25 new criteria clients each year. These generated significant lending for Coutts & Co and Coutts Finance Co as well as successful referrals in to the Bank’s investment, tax, estate planning and pensions advice services.

Relocated to London straight from school in 1985 and gained a grounding in lending and investments before starting as a Manager’s Assistant in 1987. This role was fulfilled for three successive senior CRMs and working with a very diverse portfolio of wealthy and influential clients.
