Sean Kulzer is a Director at Blue West Capital within the Tenant and Landlord Advisory Services Division which he and his team have been integral in shaping since its inception in 2024. With 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Sean is recognized as one of the top tenant rep brokers and has led successful rollout strategies both locally and nationally for household names and emerging concepts alike in the food and beverage, entertainment, and fitness space. In addition to his tenant services skills, Sean has a passion for placemaking. He works diligently to establish key landlord relationships that enable his team to advise on the merchandise mix, site planning, and best practices—all adapted to the market trends of today while ensuring the flexibility to evolve seamlessly in the future. Prior to BWC, Sean and his team successfully navigated over $425 million in total transaction volume from coast to coast. Sean has built a business around relationships and is constantly leveraging his network to provide institutional-grade services with a boutique touch. Sean and his team focus on creativity, organization, and deal velocity to successfully navigate the challenges of the CRE industry and give clients a leg up on the competition. Sean earned a BS in Management & Real Estate from the University of Colorado on a full-ride scholarship awarded from the Evan’s Scholarship. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling with his fiancé, hanging with his French Bulldog Rando, making time for family and friends, as well as exploring the F&B scene of whatever city he finds himself in today.
