Teaching aspiring bartenders the basic skills required to work in the highest caliber bars and night clubs. Some key points; cocktail guide lines, receipes, proper technique, to the proper attitute, and speed.

Oversee nightly operations, hiring/firing of staff, staff training. Create and implement an alcohol inventory system on all products, more specifically free pour alcohol system. Negotiate with local alcohol reps. to lower cost, assist in all promotional aspects. Report weekly to ownership on all aspects of the clubs operations.
