Caragh's Microgreens is a small farm that consists of several polytunnels and it provides micro produce to about 15 restaurants of varying notoriety on the west coast of Ireland. I was hired at a large point of change for the farm where production of produce needed to be increased drastically. I was able to help with the transition by being able to train quickly and be self sufficient enough to work alone.I was in charge of planting and general maintenance of various plants, moving and rotating compost, and keeping the algae and different mosses that grew in damp places within the polytunnels sanitized so as not to infect the plants.I was also able assist the farmer in creating cost analysis sheets in Excel, sheets to keep track of production, and creating computerized invoices for delivering produce.

I was hired at Sirius Ireland, which is primarily a technology repair and print shop, as the company was deciding to offer classes to the public covering different aspects of the modern day technology ecosystem. I was in charge of creating lesson plans, exams, in and out of class work, as well as all advertising material. This was a new branch within the city of Galway and had only opened their doors in December of 2016 so there was a lot that needed to be done. I was put in charge of taking inventory of all products and spare parts and recording them into the Repair Desk computer system for tracking and organization.

I joined the Rapha School of Nursing as the sole individual on the IT team. The school had just been established so I was in charge of creating and IT department that was stable enough for my successors to take over. I was in charge of purchasing all needed software and hardware for the school and was able to come in 30 percent under the initial budget while still matching all required performance requirements.

Worked along side co-workers to achieve our GUEST (Greeting, Uniform, anything Else, Service, Thank you) policy and ensure that each guest was satisfied with their experience whether that be in making food, working at the registers, or handling a customer complaint.

Assisting students with issues they are facing in technology. More specifically, helping students with programs and devices they are required to use in completion of a University assignment.

Tutored fellow students in Match courses such as Geometry, Algebra, Pre Calculus, and Calculus I. I also tutored lower level and mid level Computer Science courses in Javascript, C++, and a little Alice.
