About Sean Latham

I am the Walter Endowed Chair of English at the University of Tulsa and the founding Director of the Oklahoma Center for the Humanities and the Institute for Bob Dylan Studies. I've written or edited ten books on topics across modern media and culture and served as president of the Modernist Studies Association, chair of English at TU, co-founder of the Modernist Journals Project, and co-founder of the Journal of Modern Periodical Studies.Reporting directly to the President and based in the Zarrow Center in the downtown Arts District, I help lead the university's public humanities initiatives. By building broad community-based collaborative programs, I seek to bring the distinctive tools of the arts and humanities to bear on some of the most pressing challenges we currently face.
