With expertise in people and process management, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and team leadership, I thrive in overseeing project development and construction logistics. I have spent my career in construction, most recently managing unique estate and light commercial projects in the Sacramento and Napa valley for industry leaders, politicians, and entrepreneurs. I have extensive knowledge of the high-end building process and embrace the fact that developing a clear set of goals, robust schedule and a commitment to quality are essential to a successful project. I feel I bring a deep understanding of budgets and the drivers of costs to each of my projects, and my calm, methodical demeanor helps bring out the best in the project team.
