Responsible for Design and Introduction of New Products, Specialising in CCV, Fuel, Air & CNG Filtration.-Concept, Prototype and Production Design-Design for manufacture from plastics and metals-Preperation of drawing Package from 3D models to manufacturing drawings.-Compile Customer technical Specifications-Compile DVP&R for test of new products-Complie DFMEA for new products.-Provide Support to Manufacturing Engineering for New product Introduction-Provide Support to R&D test LAB for testing of New Products & Technology

Product Design Engineer-Topside EquipmentDuties:•Review Customer Inquiry Packages, prepare product specification sheets resulting in quotation to customer•Provide assistance to Sale department for costing of product offering.•Customisation & development of product range to meet varying customer needs•Design of choke valves to meet all relevant industry standards (i.e., API 6A, ASME B16.5..etc)•Develop instructions, procedures, specifications and drawings for the plant to implement designs.•Preparation of all related documentation for customer’s sales orders, including product structure, design calculations, drawings, assembly and test requirements, and Installation and Operation Manuals.•Assisting Manufacturing with any product related issues such as design change and NCR’s.

Duties:•Retrieve & Compile Maintenance Schedules for plant equipment

Duties:•Compile tech notes for machines involving checking for up to date drawings and parts.•Compiling drawing packages which involved updating parts assemblies and drawings.•Designing Fixtures for machines such as clamps, adjustable fixings and holding brackets.
