I started in the construction industry as a carpenter. I worked for my fathers family business while attending Ball State University. This was a great learning experience where I worked on many different types of projects and gained experience in all facets of construction as well as learning the safety standards, and operating procedures for day to day operations of the business. After meeting my wife while attending college we chose to move to Greenwood, Indiana where I worked as a Construction Manager for CP Morgan. While working for CP Morgan I overseen the daily operations of several different communities while maintaining positive a positive relationship with homebuyers and several different vendors. After that I worked for Caserotti Construction as a Project Manager & Carpenter. While working for this company we did everything from small jobs to entire home remodels. Framing, trim, siding, window-door replacement, additions, and tile work. After 20+ years of carpentry and construction management, I now work for Hancock Claims Consultants where I assist in inspecting properties for storm damage after a loss. We are primarily used as a high and/ or steep roofing inspection specialist. This job has been a great fit and I really enjoy gaining the experience in this particular niche of the industry.
