During his time at Cushman & Wakefield and currently SRS Real Estate Partners, Sean successfully leased up Target, Walmart, Home Depot, medical, national fitness and grocery anchored shopping centers, neighborhood strip centers, represented owner-users for purchase requirements to national tenant site selection, and assisted in investment opportunities from single-tenant net leased assets to value-add investments. Completing a total of over 150 lease and sale transactions in the last 7 years. Sean has experience working on various types of retail property across Arizona with his primary focus collaborating with property owners on property valuations, marketing strategy, and lease negotiations to maximize value on behalf of his clients.Sean has also played a strong role in working with local, regional, and national tenants on site selection throughout Arizona including CVS, Burger King, Advance Auto Parts, Jackson Hewitt, Edward Jones, Charles Schwab, Smoothie King, Cheba Hut, Orangetheory Fitness and Madison Improvement Club. Over the span of his career, Sean has negotiated leases totaling over half a million square feet of retail/restaurant space with a transaction value over $50 million. He has also overseen multiple acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of his landlord and tenant clients, valued in excess of $500 million. Sean has also served as an expert analyst and been a consultant on behalf of out of state buyers exploring the Phoenix retail market.
