I was born Kuala Lumpur and grew up in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. I went to Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak to pursue my further education. I have been staying in Kuching for the past 5 years and my love for the city grows each day. Throughout my stay in Kuching, I have been working in a cafe for the past 4 years, first as a waiter, and then subsequently been promoted to a higher position, a supervisor for the restaurant being my highest position thus far. Throughout my years working for Domus Group as a supervisor, I was responsible for : i) Aligning individual performance expectations with organizational goalsii) Developing performance goals collaboratively with their direct reportsiii) Providing fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance expectations and goals.You might wonder why I have been working in this industry for so long. Well, I have placed loyalty as one of my highest attributes to strive for. Whenever I am on the shift, I will give my all to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the customers would leave the cafe happy and satisfied. My experience working for Domus Group has been great. Working within a supportive environment has tremendously boosted my confidence, especially when it comes to customer service. This has encouraged me to be more approachable and engaging with customers from various backgrounds and nationalities.
