Security monitoring of hospital property, campuses included Jefferson-Torresdale, Bucks, and Frankford within the Northeast Philadelphia area. Access control, use of physical restraint items and methods of agitated/disruptive patients, performing searches of property/belongings as needed, training of new employees, and performing as shift lead at all work sites as necessary.

Loss prevention, theft prevention and deterrence through means of physical presence and CCTV technology. Participated in physical apprehension of theft suspects. Use of computer technology to discover cash/card scams and theft of merchandise by analyzing sales day by day and prevent further abuse by documenting all known and prevented thefts. Detailed counts of high-valued merchandise along with other miscellaneous products. Training of other employees in scam prevention.
