Worked under contract for the Central Okanagan Economic Development Commission as their Business Enhancement Specialist heading up the Site Visitation Program. The program entails consulting businesses to identify regional trends, opportunities and challenges in order to implement relative programming and services.

Ric's Grill is a premium Steak Seafood & Chophouse which offers guests the ultimate culinary experience by offering industry leading quality of food, service and atmosphere. During my time with Ric's Grill Corporate I worked to expand the company from 7 to 16 restaurant locations. During this expansion I was the Lead Project Manager for 2 location build outs and team lead for 6 restaurant openings throughout Western Canada. Once the growth phase completed I was General Manager for 3 of their Kelowna restaurant locations - Ric's Grill, Shine Lounge and Sal's Prime Steakhouse.

Since the early 1990s, Ontario Travel Guides published Boating and Road Guides to the Trent-Severn Waterway and Rideau Heritage Waterway, annual publications that provided comprehensive guides to these glorious waterways for boaters and road travellers alike.
