For the past two years, I had the immense pleasure of working on the flight software development team for the Capture, Containment, and Return System portion of the Mars Sample Return mission at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. During that time, I honed my skills working with WindRiver VxWorks and embedded software systems. I primarily worked on developing OS level software for the RTOS as well as below OS operation software for our specific SPARC architecture processor. I also presented the progress of our development during reviews.In the past before working with NASA, I worked on other embedded software development projects for Northrop Grumman. During that project I developed more app level software to run on the processor. Other projects I worked on with Northrop Grumman include monitoring machine learning algorithms. As well as working on a web based application using AngularJS as the platform for development.
