About Sean May

With over eight years of experience in IT support and management, I am an IT Help Desk Technician at Weaver Popcorn, where I provide front-line support for end users, write documentation and SOPs, and manage inventory for over 300 computers and industrial equipment. I also have skills in wireframing, front-end development, and UX research, which I apply to create user-friendly and accessible solutions for various technology needs and challenges.I have a Master of Arts in Emerging Media Design and Development from Ball State University, where I developed a great passion for usability and user experience. I believe that user experience can make or break a project in huge ways, and so I'm proud to be in the field and do great user experience work. I also have a background in media production and a keen interest in video games, and I hope to be one of the people leading the charge to make UX a more important part of the video game development process.
