About Sean Mortimer

I am a life-long learner who loves figuring out the why. Solving problems through software is a natural fit, combining my passion for technology and love of problem solving. At the root though, my core values revolve around helping people and making the word a better place. I see technology as one tool in a tool belt that can help us do that.At age 10 my parents brought home our first computer. I discovered the games Nibbles and Gorillas in QBasic and that sent me on a path of discovering how programs were made and how I could make my own. My time in EvolveU’s Full Stack Development program has re-ignited that passion and I’m excited to make my move into this industry. When I’m not coding I can be found on my bike, in the mountains, or travelling with my wife. My passion for travel makes my family and I open to opportunities world-wide.
