Project Manager for high end residential and commercial interior design/construction. Responsible for the successful coordination and completion of projects, overseeing all aspects from planning/budgeting, to execution, to closeout. Reports directly to stakeholders and principals, works directly with vendors/sub contractors. Responsible for setting/confirming scope, budget, timeframe, and doing what is necessary to meet those expectations. Responsible for acquiring and coordinating with third party vendors, as well as acquiring or generating any contracts or certifications that may be needed. I, with a small team, am responsible for managing project budgets worth $10M+. Part of a small but highly motivated team with my duties focusing on setting and achieving weekly and monthly sales goals. With equal efforts in both resident retention through renewals, and a high conversion ratio with new prospects we project to be over 95% occupancy throughout the year. As the sole leasing agent on site it is my responsibility to promptly follow up with all prospects, handle all touring, research comparable buildings in the area, and utilize other analytics to ensure our pricing remains competitive and as profitable as possible. I manage all listings online as well as ensure all potential avenues for visibility are considered. Operationally I make sure all service requests and work orders are taken care of promptly, and act as a liaison between the residents and maintenance team, as well as proactively research potential capital projects to remain competitive with newer developments.

Work on multiple luxury, high end real estate development projects with a focus on creating effective leasing and marketing strategies. Perform all duties relating to sales & leasing including scheduling, touring, creating contracts and all other documents, utilizing specific leasing software programs, plan and execute marketing & networking events both off-site and on the properties. Assist in creating an effective marketing strategy with a combination of SEO, print and experiential avenues. Responsible for creating and updating pricing suggestions based off comparable market analysis research, sending daily and weekly reports to owners & investors. Based on our unique pricing and marketing strategy we leased 70% of our flagship apartment building in the first 4 months, and stabilized to 95.5% within the first year, while setting and achieving weekly & monthly quotas.

Oversee all operations for multiple NYC event venues as well as assist in managing sales and client relations. Responsible for planning and coordinating all deliverables for events, as well as collecting all necessary payment and paperwork from clients. Also responsible for meeting with all clients and vendors, utilizing CRM, task/ project management, and file sharing software to ensure the proper documentation of client interaction and progress. This was to ensure all clients were followed up with and taken care of as promptly as possible. Through the prioritization of prompt, thoughtful customer service, and relationship building with vendors and corporate clients, as well as focus in other areas such as SEO management, Openhouse saw a growth of client retention and referrals, which contributed to nearly 40% in revenue growth.
