- Perform vertical well CBM intersections using the P2 tool and RMRS.- Use the P2 tool in conjunction with RivCross to perform horizontal HDD crossings.- Survey and setup surface guidance coils using a Total Station- Plot wellbores as drilled using AutoCAD software

- Develop solutions for placement of surface to inseam wells to maximise efficient gas drainage of underground long wall blocks.- Design critical surface to inseam well plans utilising Landmark Compass and AutoCAD based on client requirements and rig specifications.- Review well designs to ensure delivered designs maintain a high level of quality- Manage all design aspects of the Lucas Xstrata Oaky Creek Project, ensuring critical placement of the wells with respect to maximising gas drainage.- Liaise with clients throughout the design process to ensure final designs meet client requirements. - Ensure final hole reports are delivered to the client within contract specified time frame.- Generate torque and drag modelling for numerous scenarios using Landmark Wellplan software.- Communicate with steering crews when issues arise to work through and ensure minimal to zero rig delays.- Develop customised .NET software solutions to improve workflows (reduction of human error, report generation, well design generation).- Port ranging software written in LabVIEW to C++ which included HASP security.

- Design and develop test cases and test plans. - Utilise automated testing facilities for testing. - Record defects detected during testing phase. - Work with the technical writing team to ensure technical content is correct and accurate. - Confirm defects are resolved before release and results from testing are thoroughly documented. - Perform installation, functional and regression testing as required. - Verify new modules/enhancements meet Functional Requirements Specification. - Discuss defect solutions with management or development to ensure wide testing coverage and to create an appropriate test strategy.- Maintain QA resources (Builds, Projects and Documentation).
