Directed teams that researched, developed, tracked, and documented pre-mobilization training requirements for over 8,000 solders. Created training plans and products in power point and excel. Conducted dozens of instructional presentations to thousands of soldiers.

Jackson, Ms

Collaborated with two medical directors to lead a team of 13 healthcare professionals to pioneer cutting edge cardiac rehabilitation as part of a Dr. Dean Ornish Program for Reversing Heart Disease. This program was recently recognized by CMS as reimbursable and the St. Dominic program was the second reimbursable program to open in the United States and reached maximum capacity within 6 months of opening. Showcased the program as a guest speaker for 4 webinars targeting prospective additional programs.

Assigned as the senior instructor and training officer for the state Officer Candidate School at Camp Shelby, MS. Successfully led over 30 candidates to commissions though effective training and innovative instruction for leadership and tactical skills. During this assignment, I prepared the program to successfully execute a re-accreditation inspection

Coordinated the implantation of the updated Army Digital Training Management System across the Army National Guard. This effort required coordination with the Pentagon and across the full spectrum of Army service components.

Responsible for the training and wellbeing of over 160 soldiers assigned to the unit. Successfully maintained accountability of over 3 million dollars of equipment without loss. Planned training events to support the missions of the unit and its higher headquarters.

Employed as the first Program Manager for Central Mississippi Medical Center under a new corporate contract with Healogics. (Diversified Clinical Services). Provided oversight for billing and reimbursement practices for wound care and hyperbaric oxygen services. Analyzed Profit and Loss statements and developed budgets; composed and presented quarterly business updates to the hospital administration and the Healogics South East Area Vice President. Supervised six staff members and five medical providers (MDs and NPs) Visited legacy providers and new physician practices in the area to distribute patient case studies and recruit new referrals (Marketing).

Afghanistan

Responsible for ordering, receipt, storage and distribution of fuel, food, repair parts, and building material for US and Coalition operations in western Afghanistan. Facilitated the receipt and issue of over $86 million of fuel. Responsible for the delivery and storage of over 3 million bottles of water. Coordinated across multiple military branches to provide fuel for Unmanned Arial Vehicle operations. Directed fuel quality testing for use by all forces in the western regional command of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Supervised daily operation of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation including patient care and billing, inpatient cardiac and pulmonary education, employee gym, inpatient and outpatient diabetes education and congestive heart failure education program in accordance with Medicare guidelines. I presented at multiple conference and speaking engagements, and conceptualized and executed a specialized exercise program to support the hospital based clinical weight management program.
