Sean started his career at a very early age programming software applications for multiple types of industries. He created an inventory program (SAIL - Sales, Administration, Inventory and Layaways). Then he created a Jewelry Appraisal program (EZ-Appraisals), a pawn shop software program (EZ-Pawn). Then he became a police officer and on his own time created a police software system to automate reports, citations, arrests, and booking (Arrest-EZ). His software then exploded into a new software program called Report-Exec leaving police work with the software being used by very large businesses, hotel chains, 35% of the universities in the country, 30% of the hospitals in the country, large private security companies, government agencies and it is being used in over seven countries. He then created a program to be used by the cheerleading, dance, and gymnastics industries. This software expanded again into the Girl Scouts, and charitable organizations.Sean was a police officer, entrepreneur of multiple businesses, 25 year coach for kids sports and now runs the Mars Family Foundation to give back for the second half of his life.
