About Sean Mather

HR professional with over ten years of experience in increasing roles. Worked in Employment, Labor Relations and People Development. Worked in corporate Employee Relations as a Sourcing and Supplier Relations Specialist while providing communication to UAW leadership regarding new vehicle launches, plant loading, supplier negotiations and volume projections. Sat on 3 subcommittees during 2019 National Negotiations. In my role as a Talent Manager I led a team covering supplemental employee transfers, rolling layoffs, employee development and culture change initiatives. Identified mentees for all keepers, mentors for all growers, executed many lateral moves for employee development, multiple promotions identified through skip levels as well as cross plant developmental assignments. I led similar initiatives in addition to Global Organization Alignment activities in my role as an HRBP for our Parts & Services organization and as a Regional HRBP lead in Engineering. In my current role I support three SVPs in their Global Engineering Program Management functions.
