-Sourced opportunities to fund, advance and monetize wind power development sites in the U.S. -Led development of 3 projects in Texas totaling 650 MW of wind power capacity, each one sold as a late-stage development asset and currently operating with a total market value in excess of $1 billion. -Guided joint development project partners and vetted, hired and managed third party consultants on commercial development tasks.-Communicated development risks and opportunities to a diverse constituency, including landowners, state and local officials and the Westerly Board of Directors. -Negotiated key real property agreements and tax abatements with host counties and school districts.Westerly Wind, LLC provided development capital and management expertise to advance wind power generation projects in the United States. Westerly was a portfolio company of US Renewables Group (“USRG”), a private equity firm located in Santa Barbara, CA.

-Originated, developed and permitted a $375 million, 200 MW operating wind farm in Wyoming.-Managed a $2 million annual development budget across (4) projects.

-Managed all aspects of project development, including stakeholder education, lease negotiations, site risk and characterization assessments, local/state/federal permitting, and the interconnection process. -Created valuation models, generated presentation materials for road shows and managed the due diligence processes in the sales of Catamount to Diamond Castle Holdings and subsequently to Duke Energy, which generated a 3x multiple for Diamond Castle in less than two years.

-Created pro forma financial models and researched consumer trends and demographics to support an equity analyst’s investment recommendations of specialty lifestyle companies.

-Led cross-functional team of (25+) IT / Operations personnel to implement an SAP warehouse management system in the Boston, NJ and DC operations of a start-up grocery delivery company.

-Motivated 30 boys in the classroom and on the soccer and lacrosse fields at a private, Jesuit middle school serving disadvantaged youths with high potential throughout the neighborhoods of Boston.

-Created financial analyses for the Budget Committee and led interactive training sessions for 200 divisional executives on a new budgeting software tool (Oracle Essbase).
