I have over 5 years Energy experience, covering customer service and Industry Queries up to June 2017. I am currently part of a SMART design team in preparation for Co-operative Energy's planned roll out of SMART meters for their customers. I work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects and I am assigned on to specific work streams with BA leads. I am responsible for delivering design outputs in a timely manner. I am responsible for obtaining relevant information from the business and facilitating any business decision required, taking in to account and identifying any risks that will affect the project time, cost and quality. Current projects I have been part of since joining SMART include - CD2.1 - To implement the business and commercial capabilities that will enable the movement of the existing ‘traditional’ customer portfolio to SMART. CD3.0 - To implement the business and commercial capabilities that will enable the movement of the existing ‘traditional’ pre payment customer portfolio to SMART Prepayment and continued growth of the SMART Prepayment portfolio through COS (Change of Supplier) Gain.
