My day to day roles in store include moving and replenishing stock, serving customers on the checkouts and most importantly, ensuring the shop floor is in excellent shape. I also support other surrounding branches in the area, having great experience working behind the Meat & Fish counters, ensuring all food hygiene rules are followed.

I had the privilege of gaining work experience alongside the UK's leading bandsaw machine and bandsaw blade suppliers, SAWS UK. As part of my 2 year Engineering T-Level course, I completed 315 hours of work experience at the factory based in Crowborough. I was mentored by the amazing team, as I was taught some of the many daily duties that they complete throughout the day. This included servicing and inspecting machines before they got distributed to partners and manufacturers around the UK, as well as experiencing the role of working in the state of the art blade workshop.
