I'm a Master's student at Cornell's Johnson Graduate School of Management studying Management with a focus in Finance and I'm currently looking for Wealth Management and Asset Management Analyst roles in New York.ATHLETICS AND LEADERSHIP• Winning three Ivy League championships, I've developed my leadership and hard work attributes through my time on the Cornell Lightweight Rowing Team. I was tested as a leader and teammate, requiring significant focus and attention to detail to excel on the water.• I'm most proud of the Captain's Award I received my senior spring as recognition of my commitment to going above and leading by example, being the first in and last out every day. ACADEMICS• Balancing a rigorous athletic schedule while finding success in the classroom is a true testament to my ability to prioritize organization and time management. Year after year, my GPA rose as did the level of intensity and effort I put in both aspects of my life, prioritizing what I cared about.• I discovered my passion for finance through a business minor course, moving away from my government interest. Changing paths, I've worked in research at the Johnson School, analyzing Foreign Direct Investment in international universities. EXPERIENCE• This past summer, I interned in New York at AlphaSights as an Associate in the Private Equity clients division. I provided research and assisted in initial due diligence through expert calls to better guide investment decisions. I learned to negotiate and speak directly with C-Suite executives at large companies and to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment that required proactivity. • Additionally, my team's capstone project, proposing AI process improvements to increase efficiency, was selected as a finalist. In our presentation to the global business heads, my public speaking skills proved to be key factors in our commendation from our executive team.PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT / SKILLS• I'm able to perform DCF and LBO modeling, analyze large Excel data sets, utilize VBA Macros, and analyze economic data to predict and understand market trends.• Recently, I earned a certification in the JPMorgan Chase & Co.
