I am a Security Risk leader with extensive experience in the strategic and operational leadership of Security Operations for global corporate and Government institutions operating across Africa and the Middle East.Formally qualified, I have deep expertise in security, crisis response and social conflict risk management in highly complex security environments, underpinned by a formative career working for well-respected security consultants and in a security leadership role for Fortune 50 technology firm, Verizon. I joined Tullow Oil in 2012, developing and leading security risk strategy and operations for one of the most complex, high-profile oil and gas projects in East Africa. And after a period working with the World Bank supporting borrowers in developing security risk management strategies, I took up a role managing a large scale exploration and production project in the Middle East.
