• Prepared all reporting requirements for Ashford Hospitality Trust (NYSE: AHT) and assisted with reporting requirements for Braemar Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: BHR) and Ashford Inc. (NYSE MKT: AINC)• Created all Earnings Release schedules with supplemental reporting on non-GAAP financial measures including Adjusted EBITDA, FFO (Funds from Operations) and AFFO (Adjusted Funds from Operations).
