Hardware Manufacturing Software Release Manager working for IBM CIO organization running the Hardware Manufacturing USA team. This team provides development and production support responsibilities for IBM manufacturing. I have experience in multiple aspects of people and financial management that include onboarding new hires, salary plans, bonuses, workforce reductions, travel and expense, purchase orders, customer relationships, supplier relationships, managing external contractors, remote workforce management, and global workforce management.

As the Backoffice Guild Implementation Manager (IM) I'm responsible for managing the different IBM Manufacturing systems Technical debt. The Guild is made up of a global team of key technical members and First Line Leaders from the squads under my director. This guild manages many applications from both a hardware and software perspective. We make sure that updates happen as needed to Operating Systems, DB versions, Communications software, Application Software currency, Security updates, and both software and hardware tuning. This team needs to bring up priority issues and get time allocated from the Development Squads to implement or test. We follow an Agile approach in the development lifecycle. In addition to the items listed the team will also go off and investigate new DEVOPS tools to implement to all the worldwide squads.

I am a PMP also an IBM Executive Certified Project Manager. I am experienced running both large and small global teams across multiple Geography's. My project currently use multiple development methodologies, Waterfall, Agile also SE&A.My budgets that I directly managed has ranged from 500k to 15M yearly over the past 10 years.I have been the Project Manager across multiple I/T systems (SAP, MAPICS, Local Java, Local C++) so I'm platform flexible.I have been on IBM's Tiger teams. These people are given to help fix troubled projects and get them back on track. I would look over the project, identified issues and made recommendations on how to fix the projects.I have managed IBM's Hardware Manufacturing's SAP system move to a US based Cloud environment which involved, system migration from Portsmouth UK to Ashburn VA, this included, defining new system architectures, DR setup, firewall setup, migrating connectivity from sixty-four integrated applications in the architecture and regression testing, and all of the management signoff meetings required for the project to go live. I have managed multiple successful SAP Upgrades from SAP 4.7 to SAP S/4 HANA on RISE with IBM as a premium supplier. I have managed multiple successful SAP installs throughout the world.(France, Ireland, US, and Singapore).Started my IBM Global Services career as a trained SAP ABAP developer, and a SAP Batch expert.I spent the first 7 years of my IBM career in IBM M&D manufacturing in various rolls starting as a production technician then working my way up to a Maintenance technician(working on robotics, furnaces, and View Measurement tools. )

IBM's focal point for Hardware manufacturing to get the most of the relationship between IBM and SAP. Worked withing a Yearly budget to maximize value of SAP services to IBM's SAP SJP implementation. These services include bringing in SAP Experts on demand, SAP Data Volume Management DB service, Technical Performance Optimization review, S/4 Hana Manufacturing Readiness Review, Extended Qtr and Yearend BASIS/DB support and many custom created services as part of the SAP S/4 HANA on RISE with IBM as a premium supplier.

I have had many volunteer roles and responsibilities in the Poughkeepsie Babe Ruth League. I started out as a youth baseball manager and continue to do that to this day. In addition to managing teams I was also elected to the Board of directors and served 2 years on the board. While on the board I ran the concessions stand committee for a year and implemented changes that save the league money to this day. In addition to Concessions I was also active in the Fields committee, Opening day committee, Setup and coordinated many baseball clinics and ran the Home Run Derby . While on the board took over running the Juniors Division and have continued doing this for the past 3 years. In that time I have expanded the Juniors program to include neighboring towns in an inter league program that is a model for our district. I create the schedule for the inter league program yearly and communicate to the managers. I setup and coordinate the rental of Duchess Stadium each year which allows our Juniors players (13-15) to play on a professional baseball field.
