I am a long time primary patent examiner with the USPTO, as well as a registered patent attorney. For the past three years, I have been a trainer with the office. Most recently I was appointed as an acting supervisory patent examiner. Teaching and training new examiners is something I have great passion for, and enjoy coming to work each day to help build a strong and competent examination corps. I am consistently regarded extremely highly by my supervisors, my colleagues, and opposition attorneys. I deal with cutting edge technology on a daily basis and am constantly attuned to the advances being made in the mechanical arts. Over my career I have been blessed to work with a much wider set of technologies than is typical, including my home unit (cutting and severing) as well as grinding, food and beverage mechanisms and methods, dentistry, toiletries, wound care, surgical, fitness devices and tool making.In my private law practice, Michalski Law, I focus on wills and estate planning documents. I love helping my clients achieve what they want, and always make sure their desires are made known and executed to the highest possible standards. I received my MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, in 2015, and received my J.D. at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2019.
