- Provided HSE&S assistance for EnerMech across 3 major scopes of works i.e. MECH-1, COM-1 and CCP9 with health and hygiene scope included and internal/external auditing- Ensuring EnerMech employees at all levels understand site safety, health, community, security and environmental requirements- Provide guidance and assistance in meeting current best safety practices for Hydrotesting, Pneumatic testing, Line Blowing, Radiography, Welding, Heat Treatment, Pipe Fitting, Scaffolding, Rope Access , Confined Space, Crane and Rigging, Mechanical and Electrical Installations, Chemical Cleaning, Aqua Milling, Critical Valves Leak Testing and general safe operations of EnerMech’s site specific scope of works- Proactively recognise, assess and control hazards including SIMOPS in the workplace to ensure safe systems of work are implemented, understood, maintained and monitored- Responsible for managing all hydrostatic test de-watering permits, water sampling, characterisations, removal of chemical waste, spent or oily waste water off site by a licensed removal contractor- Manage and provide compliance for all hazardous chemical use, storage and disposal on site- Management of all EnerMech site HSE&S matters including training and education programs- Proactively drive TRIFR to zero percent by developing and implementing a positive safety culture- Assisting UGL-Kentz, JKC and InPex to achieve the desired safety goals by proactively managing leading and lagging indicators (KPI’s), communication and consultation, influence people based safety campaigns, monitor and review programs and implementation of corrective actions in a timely manner
