Hseq Superintendent
Current- Perform duties of area Manager and other duties as reasonably directed by the Company.- Main point of contact for all HSE related duties for the teams. - Support and assist the Projects with all HSE requirements. - Support risk identification and manage processes to ensure risk of work activities is reduced to an ALARP. - Conduct incident investigations and issue findings to project teams and management teams as required. - Develop, implement and coordinate HSE standards, programs and procedures. - Ensure all project activities, process and systems comply with Legislation and Corporate compliance Matrix. - Remain up to date with changes in legislation and apply to applicable company standards, procedures and plans. - Monitor, Communicate and Implement legislative changes as required. - Support hazard investigations, ensuring quality and corrective actions address root causes to prevent any reoccurrence. - Ensure HSE documentation is monitored and maintained. - Work in accordance with Civmec’s Values and demonstrate commitment, active involvement and leadership regarding client, people and financial accountabilities. - Trainer Assessor and deliver training through Civmec’s registered RTO.
