With over twenty-four years of work experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and creative mixologist at EDM Hospitality @ Co Nam Restaurant, where I craft unique and flavorful drinks for a diverse clientele. I have a strong background in catering, food and beverage operations, and staff development which I developed through my previous roles as an assistant General manager at Pabu with the MINA group and an assistant outlets manager at Claremont Hotel Club & Spa. I have contributed to the success and growth of these organizations by delivering high-quality service, managing inventory and equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I enjoy working with a dynamic and collaborative team, and I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques to enhance my craft.
